Spring is in the air as Seasonal Tastes rolls out a revitalizing Easter Eggstravaganza at the heart of the warm family-filled festive Sunday lunch gathering.
Succulent slices of roasted beef rib eye are carved, placed on plates and slathered in rich gravy. Gratin dauphinoise and seasonal vegetable panache, black truffle and merlot jus, extend the Easter indulgence.
Other highlighted Easter treats include Foie Gras with honey-balsamic and rocket salad and Grilled Maine Lobster with butter sauce and lemon wedge.
All as the creative bakers get busy with Easter breads. Fragrant, soft Easter Hot Cross Buns are joined with Braided Sweet Easter loaves and Chocolate egg lollipop.
And as it wouldn’t be Easter without chocolate, the Easter Chocolate praline exhibit their enticing craftsmanship.
